Meet Ben Mazar, a seasoned Food & Beverage leader with over 20 years of hands-on experience building restaurants from the ground up. From bustling beachfront casual spots to elegant fine dining establishments and high-volume hotel operations, Ben has done it all.

His journey includes orchestrating the entire F&B landscape for premier international hotels, overseeing restaurants, in-room dining, and vibrant beach and poolside services. He’s led teams of over 120 professionals and pioneered food divisions for massive entertainment complexes.
Ben personally developed and launched six diverse concepts from scratch, defining themes, designing efficient kitchens, and crafting every recipe. His track record speaks volumes: annual revenues exceeding $3 million while maintaining impressive 22% food costs.
But before the hotels and the accolades, there was a backyard grill. For years, Ben’s kids and their friends devoured his home-style smash burgers and secret sauce. That pure joy at the family table is what sparked the dream.
